Our House coffee, Flagship, is a rotating coffee that is roasted for cafe use primarily - lattes and cappuccino's need a coffee with enough body to cut through the density and also sweetness of milk(s). 

Flagship delivers a pleasurable drinking experience with a large body, with bright citrus fruit, caramel and melted chocolate flavours. 

Easiest of our coffees to dial in, thanks to its higher solubility and higher development.
