Bright & Delicious Espresso Roasts
We roast coffee for the way we brew coffee and enjoy coffee.
We want bright, clean and well structured acidity that sings the song of its origin, while the natural and inherent sugar content of well farmed cherries weaves its way through the acidity, giving the espresso life, structure and quality.
Our espresso roasts are much longer than our filter roast profiles, ensuring more solubility. They measure between 100 and 110 on the Lighttells Colormeter. Light and bright espresso.
Filter Tasting of Terroir
Our roasting approach to Filter Coffees is that we want to develop the coffee enough to be extracted in usual time, releasing its acidity and sugar, while not roasting the coffee so much that there is any flavours that couldn't be considered inherent.
Our filter coffees are roasted between 5 - 8 minutes and sit between 105 and 120 measured with a Lighttells Colormeter.
